We love hearing from our customers and learning about the variety of ways they utilize Aladtec at their workplace.
We know that prior to switching to Aladtec for online employee scheduling and workforce management, many services and businesses relied on a spreadsheet, giant paper wall calendar, or even a white board. On occasion we hear that while our users love having the schedule online, they miss being able to view a larger snapshot of their schedule in a central location. Here is an example.
Typically all you need to get started, is any computer that can run a modern browser and a TV with VGA, DVI, or HDMI inputs. Once Aladtec is open on the screen, login and display a work schedule view. To make sure the most current information is displayed, try an auto-refresh plugin or add-on for Firefox or Google Chrome.
Our friends over at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Security recently sent us a picture of how they utilize two large screen monitors to view their schedule – two weeks at a time. They set them up by taking advantage of the basic functions that are found in most web browsers and Aladtec.
