Free System Optimization

Aladtec’s Support department regularly assists customers to optimize their system. Give us a call and we will walk through all features and functions to make sure you are getting the most from your subscription. It’s amazing how much more valuable the system is when configured properly.

A periodic configuration review is important for several reasons:
  • Your organization’s structure, policies, or work rules may have changed since the system was originally set up.
  • After using Aladtec for a while and getting more comfortable with our capabilities, a review may reveal new ways for the system to help your organization.
  • Every year we improve the system based on suggestions from customers.  We may have already added features that can benefit your service, but they haven’t yet been enabled.

  1. I'd love to be able to toggle my view to include a view restricted to the shift for which I'm the supervisor.

    1. If you are talking about Work Schedule Views, when you click "Edit" at the top of your screen you can choose to view only one schedule at a time. You can also go to "My Schedule" to view only shifts in relation to your self.
