One topic we frequently discuss with our customers is getting more from your Aladtec subscription. Getting the most out of the system means making sure all the great features are being utilized effectively. Let's take a look at three of our favorites.
1. Required Messages
With required messages, administrators can post a message and verify a date and time stamp when those messages were read. This is perfect for getting the word out on important new policy changes and holding employees accountable. With this feature, administrators eliminate employees from saying: “You never told us that”.

Our new Forms tool has already allowed many of our customers to make their long held dream of going paperless a reality. Any paperwork that employees need to submit, including rig check sheets, incident reports, work orders, etc., can now be submitted, stored, and viewed online within our secure database. If you haven’t started using our Forms yet, you may be missing out on a huge opportunity.

3. Work Groups
This is a very powerful feature for employers who have different rules for different groups of employees. For example, you may want to allow certain employees to work up to 40 hours per week, while others may not exceed 30. Some may be allowed to trade shifts, while others may not. Some may be allowed to sign up and take open shifts, while others may require admin approval.
