Consolidated My Schedule Page
More options in a single location

In an effort to continually make our system easier to use, we implemented a new "My Schedule" page that consolidates the information and actions you use most often.





You will love this new feature because you can see your Work Schedule, Open Shifts, Trades, Time Off, Events and Availability all from one easy to use location and it's color coded for easier viewing.








You can take a quick glance at your work schedule by selecting only the things you want to see. And, simply turn them on or off by clicking the corresponding check boxes.




This is also where you will find instructions on how to sync your schedule to your mobile device and sync to any other online calendars.

  1. As I am working on the next month's schedule, employees can 'see' that I scheduled them for the next month. This is before I 'publsh' the month. They see it on their monthly calendar. How can I stop them from seeing this until I publish the next month?

    1. Hello,

      You can control what your members see using the 'Publish Options' located in the 'Setup' section.

      Click 'Setup' in the right hand corner of your browser, and go to 'Schedule Publish'. Here you can configure when your schedule is published for members.

      For example, you could select: 'Publish Method - Manual', and then select the month you want to be published. This would only display the month you have specified. There are a couple of other options to try out. Choose the one that best reflects when you want the schedule published.

      Please also note that any member with scheduling authority can see unpublished schedules. Scheduling authority can be modified in the 'Setup' screen under 'Access Levels'.
